On the website for Monklands many of the ward phone numbers are wrong. I phoned ward 14 to be told that’s now ward 12s number, and to “try” ward 20s for 14. I didn’t as I went through switchboard. Trust me when you are trying to find out how your relative is you don’t need this.   Also spent 2 hours of phoning MAU 3 days ago with no answer. I understand wards are busy, but maybe having someone to answer the phone would help relatives and patients.
