(as the patient),

I was in day surgery and would just like to say I could not credit the staff enough, despite being super busy they made a difficult day bearable. I was treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, everyone made me feel at ease. A massive well done to you all and thank you!

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us using Care Opinion.

I was delighted to read how the staff were able to care for you with dignity and respect at what sounds as though was a very busy shift for the staff. I do know that the hospital can be especially busy at this time of year so it was just wonderful to hear your lovely feedback which I have shared with the clinical team.
