Overall a very long wait for a scheduled operation, a lot of temp staff not really seeming to know what they were doing. The wards sister very unaccommodating and an extremely miserable/unmotivated seeming ported having to supply a stale sandwich of which I 'had' to eat as I had come out of an operation. The best part of the day was the operation as the staff were extremely professional/pleasant and accommodating, keeping me informed all along the way. Dreadful parking - get a taxi! ! !
