"Excellent Treatment from the whole team"

I had a severe bunion and hammer toe on my right foot that was causing me problems. 

My doctor wrote to Mr Aiyenuro at the Royal Surrey in April 2019.  I was given a consultation appointment mid June where my condition was assessed and the whole Bunion correction procedure was explained clearly to me.

I was then lucky enough to get a cancellation appointment for the beginning of  July. The operation went really well and I am very pleased to say I am now back in proper shoes!

My whole experience with everyone involved in my care from the appointments team right through to the surgeon who performed the procedure was excellent.  Everyone was extremely professional, empathetic and helpful.  I could not have wished for any better treatment anywhere.

Having had very little experience of hospitals (minor injury and childbirth) I was amazed at the number of people who are involved in any procedure, from first consultation right through to aftercare appointments.

Please do pass my thanks and gratitude to all involved with my care.  I think you all do a wonderful job and often do not get the thanks and appreciation you deserve.
