Due to a serious illness last year I have to have many bloodtests which like many others, I dont like.
I also have bad veins and sometimes takes many attempts to obtain blood.
I had another blood test yesterday and would like to give praise to Yvette at my health centre who is brilliant at her job. Its not many times its taken at first attempt but it was yesterday and with no pain. this lady is a true professional at her job and would like to say a big thankyou
