I have just had an unexpected overnight stay in CCU and would like to say how pleasant and friendly all the staff were, thank you. My thanks also go to other departments I experienced whilst there, Echo and the Discharge Lounge. You are all a great bunch of people, you have managed to be both professional,understanding and friendly, thank you for making my stay as pleasant as possible.
