"Automated message"

About: Ealing Community Partners - Adult Community Services / Ealing MSK / Musculoskeletal Services

(as the patient),

When I call Ealing Community Partnership number 0300 1234544, this is a single point of access telephone number, I  can never get to speak to anyone. A recorded message comes on and states if you leave a message and a contact tel and you will get a call back. I left my number on several occasions and no-one phones me back, I just get an automated message back directing me to call the 0300 number! Its totally ridiculous and I'm so frustrated.

I am so sorry that you have had this experience. I am aware that this problem has also been raised via our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) and someone has been in touch with you.

The telephone number we tried to call back on blocks private numbers and redirects to voicemail.
