Following on from my last review on the 6/11/19
Despite being re assured by the Practice manager regarding a long running problem with my prescription. Was assured last time that the problem would be resolved.
Medication for once was ready for collection. When I got home....medication missing. Totally incompetence from their prescription team.
Have tried for ages to book a appointment to see my own GP.
Tried the phone and on line. Totally useless.
Have now changed to another Surgery.
Enough is enough!!
