All the Doctors, Nurses and support staff are wonderful.

It’s Amicus Health that’s the problem.

I, along with other patients have had a load of hassle trying to get our prescription authorized by this practice. Nothing but delays and excuses.

3rd time I have been back to the Surgery and demanded to see the Practice Manager to get her to sort their computer problem out.

Will soon be needing my prescription medicine so hopefully all’s been sorted!

I am sorry to hear you’ve had issues with your prescriptions. We’d be happy to meet or have a telephone call to discuss your issues, please contact the practice on 01884 252337 to arrange this.

It is worth noting that Amicus Health is not a private health company, it is the umbrella name for the merged practices of Bampton and Clare House, we are part of the NHS.
