About: Queen's Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

I had an elective C-section in early October. I had a very good experience with the staff at Maternity HDU.

Very giving, attentive, listening, patient centred care.

During the surgery, communication was great, care was fantastic. Everybody was great.

Thank you for sharing your story on the care opinion site, we are really pleased to hear about your experience and congratulations on the birth of your recent baby. The staff have been working hard to ensure you are fully informed of the care you are given whilst in the operating theatre and I am pleased that you have noted the improvements.
