I had a 10 day stay in UHC. From the moment I took I’ll to my return home I was treated with respect, care and consideration at all times. Thanks to staff in CAU for their kindness and care. They were amazing. When moved to Ward 3D I really had my eyes opened to what the nurses have to put up with. They were both verbally and physically abused by people who should know better. How the nurses turn up the following day after working so hard and being abused the way they were is beyond me. In the days days I was there they never stopped. Communication was great. Thanks to Dr Shah and Dr Sultan for their care and attention. Dr Sultan my husband really appreciated you taking the time to phone him, it put his mind at rest. Thank you. To all the nurses but especially Michelle who brightened up even the darkest moments and all the others too numerous to mention, you don’t have an easy job but most of us really appreciate you all. Thank you.
