I visited a&e/minor injuries on Saturday. I have never met ruder healthcare staff than here!
It started off well, the first receptionist was pleasant and the nurse who assisted me through to minor injuries was cheerful and polite. Unfortunately I didn't get the name. The doctor (who didn't introduce themselves) I saw didn't ask me how I'd injured myself, if I'd taken any medication, didn't take a medical history. When I said I wouldn't be able to walk through to XRay they practically mocked me saying well you managed to walk into here. I had to point out that was a few feet, and I was in considerable discomfort.
The porter was rude and when I commented on this spoke threateningly right in my face. The receptionist at xray didn't acknowledge that I'd been brought through so I had to shout across the waiting area to check if I had been registered.
The Xray technician didn't check if I was or could be pregnant (good job I'm not!)
Back to minor injuries. My knee was looked at for barely 5 minutes in total and I wasn't actually given a diagnosis just sent off with crutches. I'm still in considerable pain but wasn't instructed what to do if I encountered any issues.
