"Good service"

My son had an emergency as we were on a trip through England and we weré treated so well in RUH! Both medical and personally. We were informed of all the steps doctors had to take, and they did their best to reduce the pain.

But the best was the human quality of the staff. Incredible! From the person at the reception who saw the urgency of the case, to the nurse that first attended us, to the doctors! And what to say about the ward!!!! They eased everything they could and they treat the patients so carefully and with such respect and humanity!

I really would have preferred not having to know the RUH, but nevertheless It has been a great experience and I'm so very grateful!!!
