I wouldn't recommend St Andrew's to anyone. I felt prison was better as I knew when I was getting out. In prison I got more support and more sessions. When on Spring Hill House and Spencer South if patient is harming themselves, staff say when you're upset we take a step back.

We are sorry that this is how you feel as we pride ourselves on the level of care we give but understand that the structure and rules we have sometimes are hard to adjust to. We have had many ex and current patient express that they find them very beneficial as it gives them structure for later in the recovery. But we very much appreciate your feedback and will take this on board.
