Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and we are very sorry to learn of your waiting time in A & E.

We hope we can assure you that our staff at all our Care Organisations across the Northern Care Alliance work hard and strives to keep waiting times to a minimum, we apologies we did not achieve this at Royal Oldham on your visit.

Should you remain dissatisfied and wish to discuss your experience further, please contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at your earliest opportunity on telephone 0161 604 5897, or email pals@pat.nhs.uk quoting that you have been advised to do so via NHS Website, and they will do their best to address your concerns.
