"Pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find where I needed"

I had to go to St Thomas's hospital, to the Cardiac outpatients and I had never been before. I have mild dementia and I went on my own. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find where I needed to go. Every staff member I came in contact with from the receptionists, to the nurses, consultant and phlebotomists were very friendly and courteous. I think Vincent was the phlebotomist I saw and I like someone who is chatty when they take my blood. He made me feel at ease and I didn't feel anything.
