"Out patient appointment, urology department..."

I attended urology in the outpatient dept today & cannot express highly enough the friendly, efficient, professional service I received. This was from all the staff, from the meet & greet chap, who helped me book in, thru to the helpful pharmacy dept. The staff in urology, in particular my consultant, were so caring & nothing was too much trouble for them. I don’t suppose anyone enjoys going to hospital, but on this occasion I came away as happy as I could be & this is a reflection on how I had been dealt with! Well done Barnsley hospital you are a credit to the NHS👍
