"T 4 Ward. Inpatient 3/7/19 Vascular Surgery"

I was admitted to T4 ward on 3/7/19 for an operation the following day. I would like to thank all the staff involved in my care on T4 ward, in radiology, ACU and theatres. Everyone I met was kind, and took the time to help in any way. The ward is well run, organised and spotless. All of the staff in theatre were friendly and professional , which helps during a stressful procedure. The vascular surgeon spent a lot of time discussing the procedure and visited the ward on a few occasions pre op to explain everything. He was reassuring in theatre during the operation under local anaesthetic, which helped to get me through it.

I made a quick post op recovery due to the good nursing care. Well done to all the teams on T4 , ACU and theatre for providing such great care.
