What I liked
All staff throughout the process were professional, helpful and caring. This included staff from other units that I encountered in the corridors.
Things seemed linked in pretty well between different departments when I needed to stay in overnight, and the whole process from start to finish ran smoothly.
I am most grateful to everyone.
What could be improved
The trust could get front line staff involved in workshops to discuss paperwork (if they don't already do so).
I heard a number of staff talking about how much wasteful paperwork there was, often involving repetition of stuff already done.
Improve this and costs and morale will be significantly improved.
