(as the patient),

I went to North Devon for a to see a consultant to have an endoscopy. The staff were helpful and the appointment was quick. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The care was very good – I really can’t complain. The consultant told me everything, and even showed the pictures! Many thanks for the great care.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comment about your recent procedure to have an endoscopy. I'm really pleased to see staff were helpful and that you didnt have to wait too long to be seen for your appointment

Its also very pleasing to see that the Consultant fully explained your care and treatment and that you were so happy with the visit, it always make such a difference to the patient experience.
