What I liked
I am writing this on behalf of my mother who sadly died recently after admission to MAU and then DIgswell ward. I myself am a critical care outreach sister at worcestershire acute NHS trust, so could have been a harsh critic!
I witnessed the care and management of my mother on Digswell ward and i can say whole heartedly that from health care assisstants right through to the medical team of doctors my mother recieved exemplary care, i could not have wished for better for her last few difficult days.
information given to me was appropriate and timely, staff were polite and caring nothing was too much trouble, she was treated with dignity and respect.
What could be improved
Main reception- grumpy and not personable- this is the 'shop front' for many people who are sometimes distressed so feel this is something that may need adressing
"Amazing, kind, caring, dignifed and respectful."
