What I liked
I was admitted as an emergency after my 3 passengers made a 999 call from Hardknott Pass. We were all very stressed as I, the only driver, was suffering severe chest pains, (Our ages ranged from 71-78) and because of the isolated location we had a 40 mins wait for the paramedics.
From the arrival of the ambulance until my discharge the following morning I could not have received more exemplary care. (I had initially had some misgivings as I remembered reading the adverse publicity in the national press)
Fortunately I made a speedy recovery as no cardiac problems were involved but I felt I had to put on record my gratitude to your dedicated staff and their excellent service
"Couldn't have been better!"
