My elderly mother was a patient in this ward - at first I thought the care was very good but after a couple of days the communication became very confused and different nurses coming and going confused her - I had to ask a number of times to get the smallest bits of information - I know that it is not an easy job for this illness but all the more reason to give the relatives accurate information and clearer more informative answers . As a family we also found the going home arrangements muddled and rushed ..
