"A&E Visit"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

Dear Sir/Madam,

On Wednesday 1st May 2019 my wife needed the assistance of an Ambulance. A Paramedic & Technician bought my wife to A&E.

On arriving at the hospital they both stayed with my wife checking her vital signs every 15 minutes also making sure she had a drink, they could not have been any more helpful. They eventually handed my wife over to the A&E Team after briefing them on my wife's problems.

I should like to thank all the doctors and nursing staff who were extremely efficient in looking after my wife and keeping her informed of what treatment she was going to receive.

Would you please pass on my sincere thanks to them for their care and help they gave my wife, they are a credit to your organisation and their profession.

Your sincerely

Peter

Thank you Peter for contacting us and for your kind words.

These have been passed to A&E for them to be aware of.

We hope that your wife is now recovering well after her visit.
