My mother has urged me to write to you on her behalf in order that she can pass on her gratitude following her day case admission to Solihull Hospital for her second cataract surgery.
She was admitted at 8.00am and was back home at lunchtime. During this time she was treated with great respect and kindness by all staff and particularly the volunteers who ensured that she was fed and watered. She commented how delicious the tuna sandwiches were and how the tea tasted so good. She cannot recommend the staff at Solihull highly enough and would like her comments to be passed directly to the staff on the ophthalmology day surgery team. Thank you so much.
"Treated with great respect and kindness"
