"Felt judged"

Been for a routing screening. Normally the staff are professional and clearly deliver the facts. This time round, the staff member I was with made me feel uncomfortable and not very confident being there. I asked for some advice and they were shaking their head and "tutting" to suggest I shouldn't even be asking that question. 

This type of attitude made me feel I can't disclose some information and get the level care I need. I managed to get the answers I needed from other sources but I would have preferred to get it from a Health Care Professional.

My role at Locala is to listen to service users and understand how it feels to use our services. I report back to services and managers. I support to make change where needed. I really enjoy my job. Making a difference is important to me!
