(as a friend),

I am a GP but experienced services from the other side recently when I accompanied a friend who had fallen and cut her head to the UCC at St Thomas's in Westminster. 

I was very impressed with their care from start to finish.

Check in - prompt, asked relevant triage questions

All UCC staff friendly, professional and thorough, especially the ENP who glued her wound - Sarah.
