"The staff look after you"

About: CAMHS Developmental Disorder (Northampton) / Bracken

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

It's boring just sitting on the ward. With all the doors being locked it's frustrating not having your freedom. We could do with more sessions like football.

The staff look after you and the food is good.

It's a good hospital to come to for some people.

We are currently looking at recruiting an activity coordinator. Unfortunately people we have previously recruited in to the job have accepted other jobs elsewhere When we have found the right person they will be tasked with providing activities such as football.

We try to reduce the amount of locked doors as much as possible, however some doors must remain locked as part of the ward security procedure.
