I spent 30 minutes waiting on the phone to get through to Chelsea & Westminster Hospital's outpatient phone line to cancel an appointment due to illness. We got through eventually and hope the message gets through. Isn't it possible to have a facility to leave a message or send a text or email? I suspect many people just give up and are recorded as DNAs. We are candid friends - C& W is a good hospital and we have appreciated its care many times, but I feel that it needs to be able to communicate with patients.
