About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I had to attend monklands hospital a&e department. Following a tooth extraction I had developed an abscess/infection. Staff seen to me very quickly and I was discharged with treatment promptly! I had just finished a bank shift in the hospital and in no way expected preferential treatment!
