"Felt let down"

About: Somerset NHS Foundation Trust / Adult community mental health

(as a service user),

I have felt completely let down by the Somerset Mental Health team at Glanville House. A number of failings has given me no trust in this service anymore. Failure to diagnose my autism spectrum disorder, failure to successfully treat my eating disorder, failure to follow the NICE guidance on several occasions, failure to successfully set up my Direct Payment for support, failure to provide psychiatrist input when needed, I could go on.

I feel sad to read other people on here are having a similar negative experience. When are you going to change, SOMPAR?  It feels to me you cannot always provide appropriate treatment anymore because of financial cuts and you need to own up to that.
