Took my 16 year old son for an EEG today, what a brilliant service! The technician was fantastic with my son who has additional needs and finds appointments quite challenging. She found out his interests then used them as a distraction, to get the job done in a full but timely manner. My son was always addressed personally, both by the reception lady and the technician, which shows him the respect he deserves and makes me happy. Excellent service!
