"Brilliant Hospital Visit."

  I visited New Victoria Hospital, X-ray department. I arrived at 10: 55 am and was greeted by very helpful & pleasant staff. I had resigned myself for a long wait when I saw the amount of people in the waiting room. But much to my surprise and delight I was called to the x-ray room 10 to 12 minutes after my arrival and I actually left the hospital at 11: 20 am. I found all the staff, involved in my brief visit, very welcoming & helpful. Well done to all the NHS staff, but particularly at this time of the year when there is so many demands on your service. Thank you so much.
