What I liked
I attended BRI accident and emergency following a severe allergic reaction which made me have difficulties breathing, I was brought in by ambulance.
I was seen by triage within 5 minutes but was then sitting in the waiting room, struggling to breathe for 4 hours!! when my partner eventually arrived he questioned how long it would be before I got seen by a doctor, they told him I had been discharged as I didn't respond to my name being called. (I didn't hear my name being called, I was too busy concentrating on my breathing pattern as advised by the paramedic)
They asked about allergies but did not give me a red wrist band
What could be improved
They could have looked for me...
Anything else?
very disappointed.
"Luckily my allergic reaction wasn't fatal this..."
