"Follow up after knee operation"

Attended the fracture and orthopaedic clinic at PRH today and was seen by somebody other than the main Consultant on the team.  This person made me feel extremely uncomfortable.  They were arrogant, condescending, patronising and very dismissive of my condition, so much so, that I couldn't wait to get out of there.  I also do not like the way they want to shake your hand when you don't feel happy about this. I feel it's an invasion of my privacy and it came across as very false.
