"Total knee replacement"

About: Wrightington Hospital

I had a Tkr on 1/11/2018. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The operation went well and I was given lots of pain relief after the op.

The food was very good.

The physio dept are so considerate. I had a slight problem that when the staples were removed at Hants Lane clinic the wound needed steri-strips, as it was partially open. I rang Wrightington and got a very quick appointment to have it checked. Then they made another appointment to have it reviewed the following week. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment.

I have now been discharge. Thank you to all the staff

Thank you for posting such a positive patient experience following your Total Knee Replacement at Wrightington. It is always appreciated when someone takes the time to let us have their comments and I will ensure that this is forwarded to the Clinical Director and Head of Nursing for Specialist Surgery to share with the staff. May I also take the opportunity to extend my best wishes for your continued recovery. Kind regards.
