What I liked
The telephone number and the opening times were listed on the website (until 10PM with the last walk-in at 9.30PM)
What could be improved
When I telephoned 8 times to speak with someone before attending the cetre it would have been good for them to actually answer the phone or return my call as it asked me to leave my number for them to call back.
As I wasn't able to speak with someone I made my way to the centre and took a seat until someone appeared behind the reception desk and then I was told that although I was over an hour earlier than the last walk in time accepted only to be told that they were not accepting anymore walkins - There were only 3 other groups of people waiting.
I asked for a list of the nearest walkin centres as an alternative and was provided with the list but was told well they all close at 8PM so you won't be able to go anywhere else but A&E, which is ridiculous goven thats the whole point of having a walk-in centre to reduce unnecessary pressures on A&E.
"A waste of time and effort, completely agree with..."
