"Great service"

About: Freeman Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Complicated tibial plateau fracture over 6 months ago still not healed (paraplegic with osteoporosis). Referred to an orthotist for a specialised knee brace. First appointment was to see what was required. Second appointment, only a couple of weeks later and the thing was fitted. I was seen exactly on time, out in ten minutes and orthotist was delightful - professional, friendly and full of knowledge.
