After GP visits telling me I had no ear blockage a visit to MIU states the blockage was ‘over the bridge’ it was suggested I went to ENT to report this.
The receptionist was an attentive, active listener but apologised as there was no one there that could see me in this day.
Thank goodness she decided to try calling the on call doctor! She did warn me that the answer might still be no.
The on call doctor obligingly came within 5 mins and set about removing the blockage. We had to move from ENT as the blockage was in the ear drum and required micro suction. Not once did this doctor moan or query anything; so professional and caring. Was all cleared thanks to probably 1 1/2hrs of his time and I can now ‘hear’ again.
