"Relieved today 31Oct had great care previous..."

I would like to commend the team in day surgery unit 2 today 31st Oct.

I’ve previously had some poor experiences at other hospitals and frimley but in general frimley are a better hospital than others in Berkshire.

I am pleased to add that Frimleys complaints procedure via PALS works very well.

I made a complaint in September and it was investigated quickly and thoroughly and I received a detailed reply via letter which helped to ease my concerns for today’s procedure.

Although the wait today was longer than expected, I’m happy because the procedure was successful and no complications.

This is a huge relief for me today after a dreadful and very serious issue in May this year at a different hospital.
