All contacts friendly, helpful and professional - only slight reservation is that the opportunity to book at Bodmin Eye clinic was not mentioned and friends had spoken so highly of Bodmin and it is more convenient for travelling that it needed my initiative to secure and appointment at Bodmin.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on our clinical assessment service. I am sorry that you weren't immediately offered Bodmin Treatment Centre as a choice for your treatment as you should have been if you were clinically suitable to go there. I have raised this with the booking team to ensure all relevant options are offered to patients.
