What I liked
I really appreciated the fact that I was treated as an individual with my own unique set of circumstances - and my care took that into account.
What could be improved
I was surprised that a clinic aimed at people who suffer chronic conditions only offered "standard" plastic seating - I had problems and I noticed others did too - and even providing the sort of "old folks' home" style seats would have made my experience less of an ordeal. I appreciate that clinics do run over time and that I may have to wait while somebody, whose condition is complicated, receives a bit more care and time. But the waiting could have been made more tolerable if a little thought had been given to the fact that because an outpatient can get to the hospital, it doesn't mean that they fit into a standard box, as it were.
"excellent care - poor provision for disabled"
