(as a relative),

Went to A & E tonight with my son after he injuried his hand while playing football today.

The Nurse on duty showed us respect, took time to show us the xray and explained the treatment needed to fully recover from the injury. I would just like to thank this lady for her care & consideration shown to me & my son.

I have passed your message onto the staff in this service so that they are aware of your appreciation of the care and compassion shown to you and your son. As you may guess, it is encouraging to everyone who works in the service to receive such positive comments about a member of their team.
