My 93 year-old mother was sensitively nursed back to health in Doris Heard Ward after sustaining a broken hip. All staff at
Exmouth Hospital demonstrated exceptionally high professional standards;
Daily ward routines were reliable and efficient, communication between departments worked well,
The medication offered seemed to be optimum.
The scope of the Occupational Therapist was wide-ranging with measures rapidly implemented.
Menus were tasty and in the hot weather patients received iced water and even ice lollies. Cold air fans worked well. Many of the patients were elderly and appropriate respect was shown to all during my numerous visits.
Thank you all so much.
My mother is now well on the road to recovery.
