About: Russells Hall Hospital

My daughter had to attend the breast clinic after requesting to be transferred to Russell's Hall. The care she had from everyone from the consultant to the health care assistant. So impressed. The only complaint was the amount she had to pay for car parking for the short time she attended. But overall well done.

Thank you for taking the time to send us feedback following your daughter attended Russells Hall Hospital for her breast clinic outpatient appointment.

We are pleased to hear her experience was very positive overall and she was happy with the care she received.

The car park charges are set by Summit Healthcare who are responsible for security and maintenance . We understand that the present charges compare favourably with other Trusts locally.

We will ensure your comments are sent on to the relevant teams to share with their staff.
