"It really helped me understand how to control my anger."

About: Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health

(as the patient),

I started my sessions of with being welcome and asked how I was I thought this was very welcoming and kind. I then got to know the Lady helping me she was very kind and lovley. She then asked me what I wanted to focus on and I said anger to she drawed a thermometer for anger and it really helped me understand how to control my anger. I would recommend this to anyone
