"Felt like a burden"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Rheumatology

The senior physio at dept 5 has made me feel like a burden on two occasions now like I should not be there, appointment was made by a consultant when I went in she said what do you want today I said well is It not in the notes , she didn't check just looking at floor while speaking to me said well what is your symptoms I explained , she was abrupt unwelcoming more or less said I didn't need the treatment even though a consultant has sent me she said the same thing both times , I won't be going back to her, the other lady is lovely I'll be asking for her in future as I know the consultant will make another appointment even though she says I dont need to be there, you not a consultant you are there to do as your are told and to provide the treatment the consultant has requested! Not to pull me apart and make me feel like a pest
