What I liked
Nothing most of the staff did not seem to want to help.
What could be improved
Everything
Anything else?
My Mum was admitted to the Hospital with a Bladder Infection and was/is suffering from nerves and mild dimensure. They put her in a side room alone, this frightened her. The TV did not work, the phone did not work and she was very upset.
She improve after a few days and was moved to a ward where i got her the Tv and Phone Facitily. A couple of days later she was move to the end of a Ward with no phone of TV. her old bed someone else was in. The staff did not inform me. To my utter amazement the person in her old bed was watching tv but I was still paying for it, the staff had not cancelled it. The Sister on duty basically did not want to help made no excuses and told me to sort it myself. This was the general attitude of most of the staff, they just could not be bothered.
In the same ward we waited 21 minutes until a resonse came after finging the buzzer for assistance for my mum to go to the toilet, the Sister told my mun to pee in her pad as they were too busy. I walked to reception there were 2 staff talking.
"Absolutely unacceptable."
