What I liked
Firstly, the excellence of the professional staff was clear to see. My emergency admission could not have been treated any better anywhere else. The teams in both CDU and CCU were focused in all that they did. The staff in the Heart Clinic ? treated me with compassion and attended to all my needs.
I was pleasantly surprised by the amount and more importantly the quality and taste of the meals I ate.
On the catering side, I do believe that a toaster should be provided for each ward or unit.
Special mention should be given to two members of the CCU staff. It was evident that all of the staff worked diligently and a full shift was put in. The Cardiology / Heart Centre where I had my Pacemaker inserted can only be described as a well run and thoroughly competent and the staff on duty that day were true professionals and a credit to both the Hospital and their chosen profession.
If there had to be a score, then it warrants a full set of marks : A perfect 10
Well done in all departments I had the pleasure of visiting.
