"Well Deserved Top Hospital"

This hospital has reviewed my faith in the NHS. A very slick unit where hospital employees don’t use process as an excuse to not do something. Staff from support staff to consultants appear to communicate on the same level and with respect to each other.

Add to that the professionalism they exercise is a credit to themselves and the management that has formed this culture. Appointments were kept and communication was great. I would extend the same thoughts to the Aintree cardiac rehab team that support the hospital. Just wish the government would spend a few weeks there and use this as a template for other hospitals. Well done you’ve created something very special.
